Job summary
A global hospitality company in Dubai is looking for a Resident Engineer to manage engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring high standards of safety and compliance. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage the Engineering Team in daily operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare Capital and Repairs and Maintenance budgets.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Engineering Department.
