In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between project managers, engineers, and suppliers, ensuring the seamless flow of material information and technical documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the technical submittal process for materials and products.
  • Liaise with project managers and architects to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Review technical documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Track and monitor submittal statuses and follow up on approvals.
  • Maintain organized records of all technical submittals and supplier correspondence.
  • Assist in the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Resolve any issues related to material discrepancies or delays with suppliers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
