Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Engineering Team in daily operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare Capital and Repairs and Maintenance budgets.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Engineering Department.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering

Strong leadership skills and previous experience of managing a team

Good communication skills

Flexibility to respond to various work situations

Ability to work under pressure

Education

Degree in Engineering or similar
