Descrizione del lavoro
A specialized recruitment firm is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer specialized in Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of UAE experience managing fire protection projects, strong technical knowledge of local civil defense regulations, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include planning projects, liaising with clients for approvals, and ensuring compliance with safety codes. Immediate availability to join is preferred.
Competenze
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defense regulations and approval procedures.
- Proficiency in reviewing drawings and technical submittals.
Mansioni
- Plan and execute fire protection projects from initiation to handover.
- Liaise with clients and authorities for project approvals.
- Ensure compliance with Fire & Life Safety Codes.

Reviewandinterpretprojectdrawings,BOQs,andtechnicalspecifications.
Superviseinstallation,testing,commissioning,andfinalhandoveroffireprotectionsystems.
EnsurecompliancewithUAEFire&LifeSafetyCodes,NFPA,andrelevantcivildefenseregulations.
Prepareandmaintainproperdocumentation,reports,andprojectrecords.
Manageprojectcosts,timelines,andqualitystandards.
Leadsiteteamsandsubcontractorstoensuresmoothprojectexecution.
