Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• MOFA attestation is required.
• Valid Dubai Municipality license and Society of Engineers (UAE) license are needed.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through final handover.
• Develop and drive execution strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Allocate tasks based on priorities and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and HSE plans.
