A leading technology service provider in Dubai is seeking a Service Engineer. The role involves planned maintenance, system commissioning, and fault finding for UPS systems. Candidates should have experience in field operations, a relevant engineering qualification, and excellent customer relation skills. A full driving license is essential. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering excellent service.
Qualificações
- Experience of working in a field operations role.
- HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal English language.
Responsabilidades
- Planned routine maintenance of UPS and associated battery systems.
- System commissioning, startup, load bank and site acceptance testing.
- Remedial work tasks as planned repairs or part of callout activity.
- Fault finding investigations and rectification.
- On-site customer familiarization training.
- Provide 24-hour response as part of UPS callout rota.
