Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Dubai seeks a QA/QC Engineer to support construction supervision projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, over 10 years of QA/QC experience in utilities and infrastructure, and a strong background in quality control procedures. Responsibilities include developing quality control plans, leading inspections, and ensuring compliance with standards. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications in quality management and auditing are preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in utilities and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Experience in leading quality inspections and ISO audits.
• Proficient in monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics.
• MUST HAVE experience working with supervision consultants.
• MUST HAVE full and complete knowledge of existing infrastructure networks in the emirates of Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
