Qualifications

• 25 years experience in lubricant or FMCG/chemical/liquid filling industry.

Responsibilities

• Daily planning and execution of lubricant oil filling as per production schedule.
• Supervise and guide filling operators and helpers.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine servicing and breakdowns.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs GMP and ISO standards.
• Report and record near misses incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain shift-wise production logs and prepare daily production reports.

Skills

Knowledge of filling capping labeling machines

Basic mechanical troubleshooting

Team leadership and communication

SAP/ERP familiarity

Education

Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical/Production/Chemical Engineering
