A technology solutions firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled Network Engineer – Event Deployment. You will design, deploy, and manage temporary network infrastructures for high-profile events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise with Fortinet firewalls and Ubiquiti UniFi systems, ensuring secure, high-performance connectivity. This role offers a contractual basis with a minimum of 6 months, with an option for full-time transition.

Qualifications

• Experience in deploying and managing temporary network infrastructures.
• Capability to work under tight timelines for events.
• Proficiency in Fiber connectivity, including single-mode and multimode.

Responsibilities

• Plan and configure networks for events and exhibitions.
• Manage uplinks for redundancy and load balancing.
• Install and manage network security with Fortinet firewalls.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Ubiquiti UniFi access points.
• Conduct site assessments to determine network requirements.
