We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer with strong technical expertise in interior fitout projects. The candidate will be responsible for onsite quality control and coordination with various teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Execute and supervise site works according to project drawings and timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper implementation of design detailing and specifications.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and prepare technical documentation.
- Monitor material deliveries, manpower utilization, and safety compliance.
- Support the project manager with planning and resolving technical issues onsite.
- Bachelor's in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years UAE experience in interior fitout.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and manage site logistics.
- Knowledge of MEP works coordination and authority approvals is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
