Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a Civil or Structural Engineer to supervise on-site structural works and ensure compliance with approved specifications. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential. This role requires immediate availability for an exciting project in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC.
  • Proven experience working with design consultancy firms on large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of local construction practices, codes, and authority regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor structural works on-site to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with design consultants and contractors to resolve issues.
  • Review and validate structural shop drawings and method statements.
