As Resident Engineer Civil Cable in our Transmission & Distribution department you will be responsible for supervising and managing all civil engineering activities related to underground cable works for high-voltage power transmission projects. You will ensure that design construction and installation meet the technical contractual and quality requirements of the project while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

• Oversee civil works for high-voltage underground cable installations including trenching ducting and cable laying.
• Monitor the contractors progress and ensure compliance with project specifications standards and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on civil works and materials.
• Coordinate with design teams contractors and clients to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental requirements at all times.
• Prepare site reports progress updates and non-conformance reports (NCRs) as required.
• Review and approve method statements drawings and material submittals related to civil works.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (approved by the Saudi Council of Engineers).
• Minimum 12 years experience in civil engineering with at least 8 years in underground cable projects for high-voltage transmission systems.
• Experience in utility infrastructure projects within the GCC is preferred.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills for managing site teams and contractors.
• Proficient in reviewing civil designs construction methodologies and quality standards.
• Knowledge of international and local civil engineering codes and standards.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure and in multicultural environments.
