About Your Team

You’ll report to the Snr. Design Manager and be part of the Design Department. The team is responsible for managing and coordinating all design-related activities across our high-end fit-out projects, ensuring alignment between consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

Our design function plays a critical role in delivering technically sound, visually compelling interiors. We thrive on collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential.

We’re a close-knit team that values initiative, ownership, and a passion for turning design concepts into reality.

Your Role

As a Design Manager, you will lead the fit-out design process from planning through to completion. You will oversee drawing schedules, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure the timely submission and approval of design packages. Your responsibilities include reviewing drawings for quality and compliance, resolving technical challenges, and driving progress in alignment with project timelines.

You’ll also support temporary works and authority submissions, provide design inputs for commercial claims, and lead, mentor, and develop the design team to ensure collaboration and high performance throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience within the fit-out industry, ideally in high-end commercial, hospitality, or luxury developments.
• Education: Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat for design review and coordination.
• Material Knowledge: In-depth understanding of fit-out materials and FF&E specifications.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor a design team while coordinating with consultants and subcontractors.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on design accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all project phases.
