The role focuses on developing formwork solutions and requires proven experience in Formwork Engineering Solutions (FES), particularly in precast construction. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of structural design principles and proficiency in design software like AutoCAD. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Formwork Engineering Solutions (FES) preferably in precast construction.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop formwork solutions for precast elements such as walls, slabs and beams.
• Create detailed technical drawings, models and calculations to support construction processes.
• Collaborate with the site team and factory production team to ensure formwork designs are accurate and feasible.
• Conduct structural analysis to ensure designs comply with safety and quality standards.
• Optimize formwork systems for cost, efficiency, speed and quality.
• Provide technical support during the installation and removal of formwork at the site.
