Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the architectural design process for high‑profile projects throughout Dubai and the UAE
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet project objectives and exceed expectations
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
• Ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to local building codes and regulations
• Oversee project budgets, timelines and resources, ensuring efficient and cost‑effective project delivery
• Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and senior management with confidence and clarity

Qualifications
