We are looking for a FLOOR SUPERVISOR to join a renowned hospitality group known for excellence and innovation. This is a post from one of Dubai’s most iconic restaurant and lounge venues
- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand standards
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism and warmth
- Support training, scheduling, and performance management
- Collaborate with management on service improvements and team development
- Experienced in high-end hospitality environments, preferably from the Middle East
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about guest satisfaction and team success
- Ready to thrive in Dubai’s vibrant hospitality scene
- Basic salary: AED 4000 – 4500
- Service Charge: AED 250–550
- Card Sharing Tips: AED 800–1,200
- Cash Tips: Personal and uncapped
- Meal Allowance: AED 400
- Accommodation & Transportation Provided
- Flight, Visa & Medical Insurance Included
- Live-Out Allowance: AED 1,500 (optional)
- Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off
- Flights covered for candidates within a 6-hour radius
- Room sharing (2 pax) in staff accommodation
