Job summary

Candidates should possess a Secondary School Certificate with a technical qualification, at least 10 years' experience in the industry, and the ability to work in challenging conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, preferably offshore.
• Ability to work in extreme weather and confined spaces.
• Offshore safety certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rigging activities and train subordinates.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Investigate crew grievances and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
