Job summary
A leading law firm in the Middle East is seeking an HR Generalist to join their Dubai office. The role involves managing recruitment activities, assisting in various HR initiatives, and supporting the delivery of HR projects. Candidates should have a degree and 2-3 years of experience in HR, along with strong communication and analytical skills. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a reputable firm.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of HR Generalist or Recruitment experience.
- Previous experience in an HR operating and/or consulting environment.
- Knowledge of employment law/best HR practices.
Responsibilities
- Drive recruiting activities to ensure a strong candidate pool.
- Assist in recruitment activities across the Firm.
- Support delivery of effective HR processes.
- Conduct new employee induction.
