We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator-Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. • Coordinate and manage design projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative design solutions that meet project objectives and client needs
• Create and maintain project timelines budgets and resource allocations
• Utilize design software to produce visually appealing and effective designs for various mediums
• Facilitate communication between team members stakeholders and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and cultural sensitivities specific to the UAE market
• Organize and lead project meetings providing regular status updates to key stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and project management methodologies

Qualifications

• UAE National with a family book is required for this position
• Bachelors degree in Design Project Management or a related field
• Proven experience in project coordination and design roles
