Key Responsibilities
* Support the IT Manager in daily departmental operations and strategic execution
* Oversee system maintenance, network stability, and cybersecurity protocols
* Lead or assist in IT project delivery, from planning through execution
* Provide technical support and solutions for hardware and software issues
* Maintain vendor relationships and service agreements
* Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning
* Monitor IT budgets and contribute to financial planning
* Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
* Collaborate with other departments to identify and meet their IT requirements
* Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to support digital transformation
* Mentor junior IT staff and promote a culture of innovation and service
Job Requirements
* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* 3 to 5 years of IT management or supervisory experience
* Strong understanding of network architecture, servers, and security systems
* Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication and team leadership skills
* Experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise IT tools
* Knowledge of data protection laws and IT governance
* Ability to multitask under pressure and deliver to deadlines
* Flexible availability including occasional off-hours or weekend work
