Job summary
A leading supplier in the food industry is seeking an experienced HORECA Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies targeting hotels, restaurants, and caterers. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector, specializing in raw and processed meat products, and demonstrates strong networking skills. This role offers a monthly salary of AED 20,000 - 25,000.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies targeted toward hotels, restaurants and caterers (HORECA) while establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients. Your expertise in meat products along with your sales acumen will be critical to driving growth and achieving sales targets within this niche market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance meat product offerings in the HORECA sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in hotels, restaurants and catering companies.
- Conduct product presentations and tastings to showcase the quality and versatility of raw and processed meat products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and client preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector specifically with raw and processed meat products.
- A strong understanding of the HORECA market and client base.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations related to meat products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
