Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop tailored radiation therapy treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Administer radiation treatments, continuously monitoring patient responses and making adjustments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on the treatment process, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Document patient treatment plans and outcomes accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in research and clinical trials to contribute to advancements in radiation oncology.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in radiation therapy and oncology practices.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Radiation Oncology is essential
• Current and valid medical license for practice in the relevant state
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology preferred
• Strong expertise in radiation therapy procedures and technology
• Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to continual learning and improvement in practice
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
