Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
2. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
4. Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise to ensure timely delivery.
5. Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
6. Assist in managing project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
7. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholder updates.
8. Support the development of project proposals and bids when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination or management within the IT industry.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership.
6. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
7. UAE experience and understanding of local business practices are preferred.
