Job summary

A leading furniture fitouts manufacturer based in Dubai is seeking a CRM Executive to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in customer service or CRM, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in English are essential, with knowledge of Arabic considered a plus. This role includes interacting with clients, preparing quotations, and managing customer accounts, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or CRM role, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone queries regarding products, services, and project details.
• Prepare and send product costing quotations based on customer requirements.
