Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in leveraged FX or margin trading/sales with proven P&L accountability.
• Strong command of leverage mechanics, liquidity, and volatility management.
• Proven leadership in high-risk Treasury sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the leveraged Treasury sales business.
• Define and monitor margin ladders and stop-out thresholds.
• Coordinate with Trading to maintain competitive spreads.
• Drive continuous training for RMs and dealers.
