Job summary

A corporate governance leader in the UAE seeks a Corporate Policy & Governance Specialist to develop and manage corporate policies, support the implementation of governance frameworks, and enhance risk culture across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in Risk Management or related fields, strong analytical skills, and experience in enterprise risk management. Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in enterprise risk management, audit, business continuity, compliance or governance.
• Experience in a regulated or semi-government environment is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate identification, assessment, and analysis of enterprise and operational risks.
• Maintain and update corporate and departmental risk registers.
• Develop risk dashboards and quarterly reports for senior management.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Education

Bachelors degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Audit or related discipline

Risk management certification (e.g. ISO 31000, CRMA, International Certificate in ERM)
