As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Meet sales targets set by management
