Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a memorable and positive shopping experience.
• Help customers select jewelry based on their individual preferences and needs.
• Provide detailed information regarding jewelry pieces including materials design and care instructions.
• Process transactions manage cash handling and accurately operate the payment systems.
• Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and industry innovations.
• Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked store.
• Upsell and crosssell jewelry pieces when appropriate.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives.
