Job summary
A leading retail and real estate company in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Manager to drive the growth and optimization of the store portfolio. The successful candidate will manage site selection, lease negotiations, and ensure efficient portfolio performance while collaborating closely with the Director of Real Estate. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 7 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills in English.
Qualifications
- 7 years’ experience of development management on major real estate development projects.
- Experience in the MENA property sector is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the end-to-end real estate process.
- Oversee lease and property documentation maintenance.
- Manage risk assessments and budget control.
- Coordinate landlord communications and lease amendments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely store openings.
- Identify potential economic issues and lead solutions.
- Provide accurate data for reporting on the real estate portfolio.
