The successful candidate will manage site selection, lease negotiations, and ensure efficient portfolio performance while collaborating closely with the Director of Real Estate. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 7 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience of development management on major real estate development projects.
• Experience in the MENA property sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the end-to-end real estate process.
• Oversee lease and property documentation maintenance.
• Manage risk assessments and budget control.
• Coordinate landlord communications and lease amendments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely store openings.
• Identify potential economic issues and lead solutions.
• Provide accurate data for reporting on the real estate portfolio.
