Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years experience in Projects Construction Management.
• Overall minimum of 15 years experience.
• Residential Project Experience is required.
• Certified PMP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Company Project Manager about project progress.
• Prepare reports for Company Management.
• Review contractor compliance with their obligations.
• Lead PMC staff in various assessments for the project.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor activities.
