Job summary

A leading construction firm in the UAE is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance across projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification. Responsibilities include developing QA/QC plans, managing inspections, and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with international standards. Candidates must possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, along with a valid UAE Driving License.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in the UAE construction industry.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSMS 45001 is highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of UAE construction regulations and standards.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
• Review and approve method statements and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate and manage inspections with consultants and clients.
• Lead management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective processes.
• Conduct internal quality audits adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
