Responsibilities

• Operate pot‑washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Carry out general cleaning as directed.
• Ensure all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas are kept clean.
• Ensure the correct PPE is in place and guidelines are adhered to.
• Report any maintenance and hazard issues to the supervisor.
• Perform any other reasonable task set by the Hotels Management.
