What you’ll do:

We are looking for a Marketing Digital Project Manager on an initial 12-month contract to work with clients and marketing delivery teams to manage complex digital marketing projects that achieve business results within the specified timeframes and budget.

• Managing the scoping, planning, and delivery of digital implementations, including best practices for delivery and risk mitigation.
• Ensuring dependencies on clients and other agencies are properly captured, monitored, and resolved.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that client briefs are clearly articulated and that delivery teams meet customer requirements.
• Proactively reviewing client campaigns and projects, making recommendations for optimal and efficient delivery routes.
• Creating and tracking project plans, managing scrum activities, risks, and issues.
• Supporting pre-sales activities by managing the proposal build process, including capturing estimations, risks, and issues.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in a similar role within a marketing or digital agency.
• Tech-savvy with an in-depth understanding of how digital technology and marketing can help achieve business goals.
• Expertise in project management techniques, agile methodologies, agile tools (e.g., JIRA), and status reporting.
• Experience managing projects that utilize digital tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Test and Target, AEM, Magento) or comparable tools like Braze, Iterable, and Shopify.

Role Requirements:

The role can be based remotely in Dubai.
