Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of quantities estimates, tender documents, and the compilation of necessary information.

1. Preparation of Construction Cost Estimates
2. Preparation of Tender Documentation, including detailed Bill of Quantities
3. Preparation of Tender Reports, including critical analysis and comparison of tenders
4. Preparation of Contract Documentation
5. Cost Impact Assessment Reports for Potential Variations
6. Attend and record Client, Commercial, and Progress Meetings
7. Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports
8. Preparation of Executive Cost Reports for decision making
9. Coordinate projects from inception to completion in liaison with the Design Team and Client Representatives
10. Prepare Development Appraisals
11. Evaluate and report on Tenders and Contractual Issues
12. Examine and agree on Interim Valuations
13. Prepare Interim Payment Recommendations
14. Review Contractor’s Claims
15. Assist in the preparation of Employer’s Claims
16. Manage Cost Control and Reporting during the Construction Stage
17. Prepare Interim Cost Reports
18. Prepare Final Accounts

• BSc degree in Quantity Surveying
• Experience with MEP & Structures
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• At least 2 years of experience in the UAE
• Proficient in the use of CATO & Cost XBIM; experience with these tools is a plus
