PERSIAN HORIZON TOURISM is looking for an innovative and results-driven Site and Social Media Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with audiences, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update the company website.
2. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand’s identity and objectives.
3. Implement and manage digital marketing strategies.
4. Plan and schedule content calendars for social media platforms.
5. Create and maintain a consistent posting schedule for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
6. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality content, including images, videos, blog posts, and infographics.
8. Create, edit, and update content for various social media platforms (posts, tweets, stories, etc.).
9. Monitor online advertisements and digital marketing campaigns.
10. Analyze and report on social media performance to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
11. Work closely with the design, content creation, and other relevant teams.
12. Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers to promote the brand.
13. Research and identify trends to update social media strategies based on market changes.
14. Monitor and respond to comments, queries, and other user interactions on social media.
15. Analyze data and provide monthly reports to enhance performance.

Skills

Required Skills:

1. At least 5 years of experience in website and social media management.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best engagement practices.
3. Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
4. Familiarity with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and content optimization.
5. Skills in analyzing digital data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
6. Knowledge of digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
7. Experience in planning and managing social media advertising campaigns.
8. Strong teamwork, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

1. For Iranian candidates, a residency visa (company registration, sponsorship, or other) is required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience living and working in the UAE.
3. Proficiency in English and Arabic (knowledge of other international languages is a plus).
