• Design and implement scalable, efficient data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across multiple endpoints.
• Deploy technical customizations to pre-packaged software solutions.
• Develop micro-services and APIs to facilitate data transfer and integration between systems.
• Perform data transformation activities, including cleansing, mining, and processing, using a variety of technologies and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement based on data-driven findings.
• Identify and present key performance indicators (KPIs) from existing data sets.
• Design and implement end-to-end data-driven solutions tailored to business requirements, integrating tools, platforms, and custom logic.
• Collect requirements from clients, identifying gaps and opportunities for business optimization.
• Provide valuable data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop reporting tools using BI technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in data pipeline development, including ETL processes.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or Java.
• Experience extracting data from databases using SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices (plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Power Platform Development applications.
• Experience with custom SharePoint applications and workflows.
