• Oversee electrical installation, testing, and commissioning of tower cranes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of crane electrical systems.
• Coordinate with mechanical teams to ensure seamless crane operation.
• Supervise the electrician teams and monitor their performance

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience with tower crane electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical diagrams, circuits, and control systems.
• Ability to work in high-rise construction environments and safety awareness.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• UAE Driving License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in electrical safety and/or crane operations.
• Experience with European crane brands, control systems and Anti-Collision systems
• Availability for urgent site visits as per the work requirements.
