• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple programs, from scoping through delivery and post-launch success.
• Define detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely execution within budget and quality standards.
• Drive technical discussions on architecture, APIs, and integration strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Establish governance structures, reporting templates, and maintain program dashboards for stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder communication, balancing priorities and driving consensus on scope and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, monitor delivery quality, and enforce compliance with best practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical program management and delivering enterprise software or cloud projects.
• Strong technical foundation to engage on architecture and deployment strategies.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML or advanced technology projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in program governance and reporting using tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
