Role Details

• Title: Senior UI/UX Designer
• Type: Full Time (Outsourced Onsite Offsite - Hybrid)
• Reports To: UI/UX Lead
• Contract Duration: 12 Months (extendable based on performance)
• Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
• Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, 5 days a week

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the design and user experience efforts across key platforms including the website, customer portal, agent portal, and mobile app. This role will play a crucial part in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user‑centered interfaces that enhance user engagement and experience to drive strategic business requirements. The Senior UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, 3rd‑party vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Product Management, Human–Computer Interaction or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5 years of experience delivering digital products in cross‑functional teams from start to finish in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Senior UI/UX designer with a proven track record of designing successful digital products such as portals, web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma or similar.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience designing for Salesforce and SAP integrations is a strong advantage.
• Solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and demonstrating design process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus.
