Job summary
A leading biopharmaceutical company is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Associate Director. This role involves driving compliance programs across the Gulf region, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, a strong legal and compliance background, and exceptional communication skills. You'll work with senior leadership to maintain compliance standards and oversee distributor management frameworks, contributing to ongoing improvements within the organization.

- Significant experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry (min 5-8 years).
- Deep knowledge of compliance and legal framework, health care regulations, laws and standards.
- Practical experience with implementing and enhancing compliance program elements.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate delivery of International Region DMF and lead oversight.
- Ensure practical implementation of AstraZeneca systems.
