Job summary

A leading project controls firm in Dubai is seeking a Project Controls Manager with a minimum of 12 years of overall relevant experience. The successful candidate will lead and manage the project controls team, develop execution strategies, and ensure effective budget management. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. This role is crucial for overseeing project reporting and implementing strategic controls, primarily within the region and occasionally in Iraq.

Qualifications

• 12 years of overall relevant experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in the role.
• 5 years of regional experience.
• Professional memberships and charterships required (MRICS or MCIOB).
• Fluency in English both written and spoken; Arabic speaking advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project controls team.
• Develop and implement the project controls execution strategy.
• Manage project controls standards, policies, and procedures.
• Establish and manage the project master schedule and budget.
• Provide monthly and weekly reports.
• Prepare and make presentations.
