Job summary
A leading technology company is looking for a Regional Sales Director in Dubai. This role involves leading a team of Account Executives to foster partnerships within enterprise segments, drive revenue, and achieve sales goals. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in sales leadership, particularly within SaaS environments. The successful candidate will also demonstrate exceptional skills in team development, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership with consistent quota achievement.
- SaaS business model understanding and expertise in customer success metrics.
- Ability to navigate complex buying cycles and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate a diverse, high-performing sales team and provide mentorship.
