A leading IT services provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive business growth through strategic account management and solution selling. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in account management and strong negotiation skills. This role requires expertise in CRM tools and the ability to manage key client relationships effectively.
Education :
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Desired: Master’s degree (MBA or a related field)
Experience :
Minimum: 5+ years in account management, client relations, or sales
Desired: 7+ years with a proven track record in managing key accounts or enterprise clients
Skills & Abilities :
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and outsourcing models
Strategic account planning and business development expertise
Experience working with SLAs, contracts, and service delivery frameworks
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders
Strong negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills
Experience managing global accounts or offshore delivery models
Familiarity with RFP / RFI processes and enterprise procurement systems
Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.
