Senior Relationship Manager – Abu Dhabi, KSA Market

A leading investment and wealth management firm based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to grow and manage high‑value client relationships across the KSA market. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices and institutional clients while delivering tailored investment and wealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage long‑term relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices and institutional clients in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, onboard and retain high‑value clients through a relationship‑led and advisory approach.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
  • Deeply understand clients’ investment objectives, risk profiles and long‑term wealth goals.
  • Present and advise on a range of investment and wealth management solutions, including discretionary and advisory mandates, structured products, funds and alternative investments.
  • Work closely with internal investment portfolio management and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Support portfolio reviews, performance discussions and ongoing client reporting.
  • Ensure suitability and alignment of investment recommendations with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, asset gathering and expansion of existing portfolios.
  • Achieve assigned AUM revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify cross‑selling opportunities across investment and wealth management products.
  • Develop and execute a market coverage strategy for Saudi Arabia.
  • Maintain strong awareness of KSA market trends, client preferences and regulatory developments.
  • Provide strategic market insights and feedback to senior management.
  • Ensure full adherence to internal policies, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting in line with regulatory standards.
  • Promote a strong risk and compliance culture at all times.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in investment management, private banking or wealth management.
  • Strong track record in managing relationships with HNW/UHNW clients or family offices.
  • Demonstrable experience covering the KSA market.
  • Proven ability to gather assets and grow client portfolios.
  • Existing client network in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, asset allocation and wealth structuring.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, advisory and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially driven with a client‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior and sophisticated clients.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia.
