Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil works onsite.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all civil work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Maintain records of inspection reports, test results, nonconformance reports (NCRs), and corrective/preventive actions.
• Review method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that construction activities meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.

Participate in internal and external audits and ensure closure of audit findings.

Monitor and track the status of snag lists, conduct site walkthroughs, and verify the rectification of deficiencies.

Ensure proper document control and QA/QC documentation for project handover.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil QA/QC experience in the UAE.
• Relevant experience in civil construction projects with strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation.
• Experience with reputable construction companies in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority regulations, and QA/QC protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
