About the Role

We are looking for aspiring UAE National Fresh Graduates to join our Clients Engineering/Structural team as Junior Engineers. This role offers a strong foundation in designing and analyzing steel structures used in offshore energy projects from topside modules to jackets and risers.

What You'll Learn

• Basics of offshore structural engineering and steel structure design.
• How to support the preparation of calculations design drawings and technical documents.
• Work with structural analysis software and learn about fabrication installation and material takeoffs (MTO).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and gain exposure to QA/QC and HSE practices.
• Review client technical requirements and assist in developing structural design briefs.
