Join our dynamic team at View Emirates Sports Club, the leading family adventure park in the UAE. We specialize in providing fun, exciting, and memorable experiences for individuals, schools, and groups. We are currently seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Manager to help promote and develop our brand and marketing strategies across our parks in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts and growing our brand presence. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and visitor numbers. Your role will involve strategic planning, content creation, social media management, and implementing targeted campaigns to promote the adventure park and maximize visitation.

1. Generate leads and drive customer engagement using social media platforms, email campaigns, content management systems, and referrals.
2. Maximize channel strategy to ensure the most cost-efficient approach to market delivery aligned with overall sales and marketing goals.
3. Identify client insights and increase market share by targeting individuals, schools, companies, and groups through effective guest experiences, upselling, and product development.
4. Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality promotional materials and ensure consistent content sharing across multiple channels.
5. Stay up to date with emerging digital and social media tools and implement them into marketing strategies.
6. Design, create, and manage promotional campaigns and social media advertisements to boost awareness and drive traffic.
7. Analyse key performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure optimal campaign performance.

1. Previous experience in the leisure or entertainment industry is essential.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in direct contact, canvassing, and relationship-building at all levels.
3. Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment driving ideas and opportunities through to completion.
4. Strong project management skills and ability to measure return on investment.
5. Proficiency in contact management systems and social media platforms for creating and distributing email campaigns, newsletters, and more.
6. Fluency in English (both written and spoken); Arabic (reading and speaking) is an advantage.
