Job Description

• Lead and manage the off-plan sales team
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Set sales targets and monitor team KPIs
• Recruit, train, and retain top real estate talent
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance brand visibility and lead generation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in UAE’s off-plan real estate market
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate trends and investment strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Visa: Own Visa
