1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or information technology
2. Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Knowledge of statistical software packages (e.g., R/Python)
7. Fluency in English is preferred but not required
8. Experience with relational databases is a plus
